Varsity Baseball Coach

LOCATION:                                Pinckney Community High School

CONDITIONS:                            Placement per Extra Curricular Stipend Schedule

                                                    Contract Employment through EDUStaff

STARTING DATE:                      Winter 2026

QUALIFICATIONS:       

• Extensive knowledge of baseball and previous playing experience.
• Ability to work well with student athletes in order to provide a safe and rewarding learning experience.
• Previous baseball coaching experience with high school age students.
• Ability to select and train student athletes, and foster their development.
• Serves as a role model to student athletes, both on and off the field.
• Ability to place the appropriate emphasis on STUDENT athlete.
• Ability to effectively communicate with students, parents and appropriate staff regarding team procedures, organization and expectations and student athlete issues.
• Ability to motivate and encourage student athletes and resolve conflicts in a positive, productive manner.
