QUALIFICATIONS:
- Springfield School District seeks individuals committed to the school's mission and vision.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
- Relentless commitment to raising the academic achievement of all student-athletes.
- Organize and attend all practices and contests.
- Ability to motivate students.
- Ability to individualize instructions.
- Strong communication skills
- Knowledge of rules and strategies
- Experience as a coach preferred.
- Experience as a player is preferred.
- Enthusiasm for the sport
- Coaching certifications preferred (VPA / NFHS)
- Ability to work effectively with students, staff, parents, administrators, and the public.
- Maintain a high level of ethical behavior.
- Available to work a flexible schedule, including afternoons/evenings/weekends.
- Carry out other duties as assigned by the athletic director that is sport or coaching-related.
