Required:
- Valid NJ DOE Teaching Certificate or NJ Substitute Teacher Certificate required
- 30 College credits required (will be asked to provide official transcripts)
Responsibilites:
- Knowledge of the sport and utilizes best practices to teach skills and strategies
- Up-to-date on Mandatory Trainings - First Aid, CPR, Concussion, Heat-Illness Prevention, Fundamentals of Coaching and GCN
- Develop a positive team culture and climate
- Assisting the Varsity Coach with various responsibilities
- Liaising with schools administration and faculty members
- Communicating with families, Booster Club, Community Groups and Feeder Programs
