Position: Sports Performance Trainer (1-3 Years of Experience)
Location: Cary, NC (Part-time)

Join the team at Athletic Republic, where cutting-edge science meets hands-on coaching. We’re looking for a dedicated trainer to help athletes of all ages enhance their speed, agility, power, and overall performance.
Your Role
- Implement advanced training systems that deliver real, measurable improvements for athletes.
- Customize and adapt programs using your expertise in exercise science to meet the needs of a diverse athlete population.
- Utilize our proprietary technology to provide valuable feedback to athletes, ensuring they reach their peak performance potential.
- Develop strong relationships with athletes and their families, demonstrating your knowledge and passion for sports performance.
- Help attract and retain athletes through superior coaching and customer service, while maintaining a clean, professional training environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or related field.
- 1-3 years of real-world coaching or training experience, ideally working with athletes in sports performance settings.
- Advanced certifications (e.g., NSCA, CSCS, USATF) are preferred but not required.
- Energetic, motivated, and able to effectively communicate and engage with athletes and parents.
- Proven track record of delivering exceptional results in athletic development.
What We Offer

- Opportunity for additional personal training hours beyond regular part-time shifts (estimate of an additional 3-5 hours per week).
- Part-time hours: Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday (2:30-7:30 pm) and rotating Saturdays (9:30am-1:00pm).
