The Opportunity
We’re looking for a Head Trainer who thrives in a fast-paced environment, leads with confidence, and elevates everyone around them, athletes, parents, and trainers alike. If you love coaching, motivating, and helping people understand their progress in a meaningful, empowering way, you’ll feel right at home here.
What You’ll Do
As our Head Trainer, you’ll shape the athlete experience and the training culture inside the center. Your responsibilities will include:
Team Leadership
- Manage, schedule, and develop the training staff to ensure consistent, high-quality sessions
- Coach and mentor trainers to uphold our standards of energy, professionalism, and individualized attention
Training Excellence
- Complete AR certifications (Levels 1–3 ACL Bridge) within required timelines
- Deliver high-impact training sessions across youth, teen, collegiate, and adult programs
- Use AR technology, testing, and proprietary protocols to drive measurable athlete development
Athlete Growth & Communication
- Conduct athlete assessments and communicate results clearly and effectively
- Ensure athletes and parents fully understand performance data, progression, and sport-specific relevance
- Document development and track trends within the AR Athlete Management System
- Lead trial sessions that convert prospects into committed athletes
Experience & Environment
- Provide excellent customer service to athletes and families
- Contribute to retention, referrals, and community engagement
- Maintain a clean, safe, and motivating environment every day
What You Bring
- High-energy, engaging presence with strong communication skills
- Passion for athlete development and performance training
- Minimum two years coaching or training experience
- Proven leadership ability
- Bachelor’s degree in exercise science, kinesiology, human performance, or related field
- Advanced degree and/or certifications (NSCA, USATF, NASM, etc.)
- CPR/First Aid certification
- Competitive salary
