What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front Desk Assistant position at Athletic Adventures Activity Center?
Athletic-Adventures is currently hiring a part-time people guru, task manager, and organizer-extraordinaire. Some people might refer to this position as a Customer Service Representative, but we prefer to think of it more as the overlord of knowing all the things.
Who we are:
Athletic Adventures believes that getting kiddos moving not only provides them with a healthier lifestyle but also is the catalyst for helping them become a well-rounded adult. We want only the best for our families, and we are looking for the perfect customer-centric organizer to be a part of taking our program to the next level.
Who you are:
You not only love people, but you thrive on getting to know them, conducting informative conversations with complete strangers, as well as maintaining the awesome relationships we have with our athletes and parents.
Additionally, you’re organized and definitely computer savvy. You find pleasure in crossing the T’s, dotting the I’s, working off spreadsheets and checking off the to-do list. You ideally enjoy working with a tight knit team to keep all our ducks in a row.
What do we need:
Someone who can work 1-2 weeknights (3-7:15) & rotating Saturdays (8:30-12:30). Occasionally helping with other weekends as other staff are out. Around 8-12 hours or to start. If you think you are the right fit for this role, please submit a one-page resume.
