WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Perform maintenance and repairs for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, locksmithing, and other facility needs.
- Mow, trim, and care for grounds, sports fields, and landscaped areas, using heavy machinery and vehicles safely and effectively.
- Complete scheduled maintenance tasks and work orders assigned by the Maintenance Supervisor.
- Assist with snow removal during winter months.
- Keep equipment, vehicles, and work areas clean, organized, and in good condition.
- Ensure all work is completed safely and to the highest quality standards.
- Accompany service providers, repair technicians, and contractors while on campus.
