You are highly organized, detail-oriented, and enjoy bringing order to busy environments. You thrive on keeping information accurate, communication flowing, and tasks moving forward. Whether you're answering phones, managing correspondence, maintaining records, or supporting team projects, you take pride in serving others with professionalism and care.

You are comfortable balancing multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality. Our vision at Athletes in Action is to see Christ-followers on every team, in every sport, and in every nation.

Located on a 250-acre athletic campus, Athletes in Action hosts local, regional, and international events throughout the year, including sports tournaments, leadership gatherings, camps, retreats, and ministry conferences. Every role on our team contributes to creating an environment where athletes, coaches, and guests can encounter Christ and grow in their faith.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Answer and direct incoming phone call with professionalism and excellent customer service.
  • Perform accurate data entry and maintain ministry records and databases.
  • Follow up with customers, guests, donors, and ministry partners as needed.
  • Prepare, maintain, and distribute correspondence and other administrative communications.
  • File, organize, and maintain both physical and electronic documents.
  • Communicate regularly with donors and friends of the ministry, helping cultivate positive relationships.
  • Assist with scheduling, administrative projects, and departmental support activities.
  • Provide backup support for facility reservations, including dorms, athletic fields, meeting rooms, and dining spaces.
  • Assist with tracking expenses, verifying invoices, and processing billing information as needed.
  • Help maintain reservation and catering records and spreadsheets.
  • Create and distribute dormitory keys for campus guests and events.
  • Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive information and records.
  • Support additional projects and administrative needs as assigned.
  • Participate in personal development opportunities and pursue areas of professional growth.
  • Actively cultivate your relationship with Christ and engage in the spiritual life of the ministry.
  • Contribute to the overall mission and ministry of Athletes in Action through teamwork and service.

Pay: From $15.43 per hour
