You’ll work one-on-one with patients to deliver effective, progressive, and intentional treatment plans in an environment that values autonomy, communication, and clinical reasoning.What You'll Do:Provide 1:1 high-quality, individualized physical therapy for each patientUse strong clinical reasoning to assess, treat, and create treatment plans that help patients reach meaningful goals.Maintain patient SOAP notes, and medical records at all times.Work collaboratively with chiropractors, massage therapists, and performance specialists to ensure seamless continuity of care.Communicate with patients consistently - internal referrals for continued treatment, follow-ups/monthly re-exams with patientsSupport your caseload growth by engaging with internal and external referral sources, and maintaining strong rapport with patients.Contribute to our clinic culture through reliability, communication, and an eagerness to support the team when needed.Collaborate with local Downtown LA businesses through events and partnerships, contributing to community-building efforts and supporting the growth of our clinic's patient base.Must be willing to provide house-call visits for clients when needed (paid at a higher, separate rate).About YouYou are a clinician who takes pride in your craft and genuinely cares about patient outcomes.
