We run high-quality training sessions that blend soccer IQ, technical development, speed, strength, and conditioning for youth, college, and high-level athletes.
We’re expanding our coaching team and looking for driven trainers who bring energy, professionalism, and a standard of excellence to every session.
Role Summary
As a Soccer Trainer with ADC, you will coach technical, positional, possession-based, and finishing sessions, while reinforcing speed, agility, and strength fundamentals. You will help create a competitive, positive training culture for players ages 10–18 and support the development plans we build for teams, small groups, and private clients.
Responsibilities
- Lead high-energy, well-organized training sessions focused on technical development, positional play, fitness, and decision-making
- Coach small groups, private sessions, clinics, and team training when scheduled
- Teach and reinforce speed, acceleration, agility, and movement principles using ADC standards and curriculum
- Provide individual feedback and corrections during sessions to ensure real development
- Support a positive, competitive, and professional training environment
- Communicate effectively with players, parents, and the ADC leadership team
- Help capture basic video content (training clips, drills, demos) when needed for marketing
- Arrive prepared, on time, and ready to deliver high-level coaching
Qualifications
- Prior coaching or playing experience (college, academy, professional, or high-level youth)
- Strong understanding of technical development, game intelligence, and modern training methods
- Ability to communicate clearly and motivate players
- Ability to manage groups and maintain a high training standard
- Reliable transportation and consistent availability
- Passion for player development and long-term growth

Pay: $20.00 - $65.00 per hour
