Role Description The Assistant Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Knoxville, TN, responsible for supporting daily store operations and delivering an engaging customer experience. This role assists in leading and motivating the store team, ensuring that sales goals, service standards, and visual merchandising guidelines are consistently met. Day-to-day tasks include supervising sales floor activities, coaching team members, resolving customer concerns, and maintaining a safe, inclusive, and well-organized store environment. The Assistant Manager also helps with scheduling, training, inventory processes, and execution of promotional events that align with Athleta’s brand and active lifestyle mission. Collaboration with the Store Manager and leadership team is essential to drive performance and uphold Athleta’s values.
