What are the responsibilities and job description for the Recovery Technician position at Athlecare LC?

Currently we are looking for someone to fill a PRN/part-time position in our bodywork department as an Athlecare Recovery Technician.

An Athlecare bodyworker will be doing hands-on work on our clients like massage, stretching, scraping, and a few other skills. They will also need to assist clients with our different modalities and instructing them on how to use them. You will need to know how to take SOAP notes and check people out.
This is an excellent position for those who are seeking experience for PT, chiropractor, or PTA schooling.
Requirements:
- 18 years or older in age
- Has medical, health, or fitness experience, or wants to gain experience.
Preferred Certifications:
- Massage Therapist
- Physical Therapy Assistant
- Flexologist
- Certified Athletic Trainer
Preferred Skills:
- Sports Massage
- Assisted Stretching
