What are the responsibilities and job description for the Indoor Soccer Coach position at Athens YMCA?
The Athens YMCA is seeking an experienced Futsal (Indoor Soccer) Coach for our youth sports program.
Applicants should have knowledge and experience in futsal (indoor) and/or outdoor soccer as a coach or player.
Coaches will work with players to develop:
- Foot skills and ball control
- Decision-making skills
- Teamwork and communication
- Understanding of individual player roles on the court
- Overall soccer knowledge and development
Coaches are required to attend and actively participate in all scheduled practices and games while providing a positive and encouraging environment for players.
