Job Description
- Presents and sells company services to potential clients.
- Prepares action plans and schedules to identify specific targets and to identify new leads.
- Follows up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity.
- Identifies sales prospects and contact these and other accounts as assigned.
- Prepares presentations, proposals and sales contracts.
- Prepares paperwork to activate new services and documents activity in our Customer Relationship Management tool.
- Develops and implements special sales activities to increase sales.
- Participates in marketing events such chamber of commerce events, trade shows, and telemarketing events.
- Proactively communicates with other departments like finance, operations, collections, and customer service.
- Other duties as assigned.
- High School Diploma / GED
- Valid Driver's License
- 4 years’ experience in sales and experience with cold calling.
- Ability to develop and deliver presentations.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Knowledge of advertising and sales promotion techniques.
- Ability to perform physical requirements of the position with or without reasonable accommodations.
- Bachelor's Degree
- Bilingual (Spanish)
- Waste and/or Transportation experience

Salary : $68,640
