Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapist to join our team. Duties
- Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' physical abilities and limitations.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on assessment findings.
- Provide hands-on therapy to improve patients' strength, flexibility, and mobility.
- Educate patients and their families on exercises, techniques, and home care strategies.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate discharge planning and follow-up care.
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes in compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Stay updated on advancements in physical therapy practices, particularly in geriatrics, acute care, and orthopedics.
Requirements
- Valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist.
- Strong knowledge of human physiology and anatomy.
- Experience in physical therapy settings such as clinics or hospitals is preferred.
- Familiarity with systems related to discharge planning and home community care.
