Position Summary

The Site Lead is responsible for maintaining and growing customer relationships by identifying customer needs, recommending products and services, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. This role supports the sales process by providing product expertise, answering customer inquiries, negotiating pricing and service agreements under the guidance of senior leadership, and coordinating order fulfillment with Customer Support. Additionally, the position oversees warehouse operations by supervising, training, and assisting warehouse personnel in the safe and efficient use of material handling equipment, inventory management, order fulfillment, and shipping activities. The role supports operational efficiency across the organization by promoting teamwork, safety, and service excellence.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

Customer Relationship Management

• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships and identify solutions that meet customer needs, specifications, and regulatory requirements.
• Provide product information, pricing, availability, and technical guidance to customers.
• Support sales activities, including negotiating pricing and service agreements under the direction of the Senior Account Manager.

Order Management & Coordination

• Coordinate order processing and ensure timely communication between customers and internal support teams.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address questions or concerns.
• Transmit confirmed orders to customers and internal teams

Operations & Fleet Coordination

• Supervise, train, and support warehouse employees in inventory handling, order fulfillment, shipping, receiving, and equipment operation.
• Promote safe work practices and help employees understand how their responsibilities contribute to overall business success.
• Support efficient warehouse, logistics, and customer service operations to achieve organizational goals.

Additional Responsibilities

• Serve as the local company representative with business and service providers
• Complete additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by leadership

Qualifications

Required / Preferred

• College degree or equivalent professional experience (preferred)
• Minimum of 2 years of warehouse management experience (preferred)
• Commitment to excellent customer service
• A demonstrated commitment to high ethical standards and a diverse workplace

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds

• Physically demanding role within an active distribution setting

Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
