Athens Cleaning Company (ACC) is growing and looking for a Team Leader/Area Supervisor to join our team.
Role Summary:
- Clean professional office spaces at ACC's standard of excellence
- Conducting regularly scheduled quality control inspections
- Resolving client and team member issues on site in a timely fashion
- Training and setting new team members up for prolonged success
- Ensuring clients accounts are adequately stocked with supplies
- Collaborate with leadership to implement and refine systems

- Communicates thoroughly and frequently
- Flexibly responds to issues and concerns as they arise
- Has a high personal standard of excellence and drive to succeed
- Able to act and achieve objections with some degree of autonomy
