The Athens Anti-Discrimination Movement (AADM) is seeking a driven and results-oriented Sponsorship & Partnerships Coordinator to help secure funding and partnerships for our events, programs, and initiatives.
About Us
AADM is a grassroots organization dedicated to advocacy, education, and community empowerment. Through events, trainings, and initiatives, we work to advance justice, equity, and systemic change.
What You’ll Do
- Identify, pitch, and secure event sponsors (cash and in-kind)
- Present sponsorship & Build relationships with local businesses and community partners
- Sell vendor spaces and event partnership packages
- Collaborate on sponsorship strategy and outreach campaigns
- Track leads, outreach efforts, and follow-ups
- Help execute on-site activations and promotions
Compensation
- Monthly stipend
- Commission:
- 10–20% on sponsorships secured
- 5–10% on vendor/event sales
- Bonus opportunities for exceeding fundraising goals
Typical sponsorships range from $1000–$3,000 , offering strong earning potential.
