Description
Athenix Solutions Group is looking for a System Administrators a variety of roles to maintain and provide technical support for diverse software and hardware systems assisting in the defense of our nation. We have roles for SAs to work individually or as part of a team.
Do you have skills and experience in some of the following areas?
- Providing support to IT systems including day-to-day operations, monitoring and problem resolution for all of the client/server/storage/network devices, mobile devices, etc.
- Supporting hardware installation, supporting servers, desktops, network infrastructure
- Setting up storage such as network-attached storage or remote storage
- Maintaining inventory of infrastructure hardware
- Implementing security best practices and applying security patches
- Providing IT break/fix support including Tier 1 (Help Desk) and Tier 2 (Escalation) problem identification, diagnosis and resolution
- Configuring and managing UNIX and Windows operating systems and installs/loads operating system software, troubleshoots, maintains integrity and configures network components along with implementing operating systems enhancements to improve reliability and performance

Requirements
- Active Clearance: TS/SCI with Polygraph?is required
- Education: Positions available no matter where you are in your career!
- Entry Level – Bachelor’s Technical field, and no or minimal experience (Note: even without a degree experience can qualify you for this level with 5 years of relevant experience)
- Basic Level – Bachelor’s degree in a technical field, and 5 years of relevant experience
- Mid Level – Bachelor’s degree in a technical field, and 10 years of relevant experience
- Senior Level - Bachelor’s degree in a technical field, and 15 years of relevant experience
