What You'll Be Doing

As a Line Server at Athenian Grill, you'll play an important role in ensuring our guests receive fresh, high-quality food and outstanding service. Your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing and serving food according to company standards.
• Ensuring food quality, presentation, and proper portioning.
• Maintaining clean, organized, and sanitary workstations.
• Assisting kitchen staff and fellow team members as needed.
• Stocking and preparing line items throughout your shift.
• Following all food safety and sanitation procedures.
• Providing friendly and efficient service to guests.
