Purpose:
We are excited to add the first ever People Analytics role to our Human Resources team at Athene! In this role you will have the opportunity to build, influence and impact how people analytics are utilized to drive talent strategies.This is your chance to utilize your passion and expertise to build out exceptional people analytics capabilities at Athene.
Accountabilities:
Key aspects of this role:
- Champion data visualization solutions that help users understand metrics, identify trends, analyze their strategies, and share insights.
- Identify key data sources needed for reporting; document and define data sources and metrics for the data being measured.
- Partner with stakeholders to translate business requirements into optimal and scalable models, dashboards and reports.
- Collaborate with internal IT and other teams to ensure proper governance and controls are utilized in all aspects.
- Identify and work to resolve any data discrepancies and oversee data integrity for people analytics to ensure accuracy.
Qualifications and Experience:
What skills and experience do you need to bring to this role?
- 5 years of overall experience that includes a combination of Human Resources experience and a role(s) with a focus on data analytics.
- Analytical ability to delve into details while maintaining a broader business perspective.
- Experience with visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau required.
- Ability to translate data into succinct insights through strong oral and written communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
