What You'll Do:
- Respond promptly to call lights and resident needs
- Assist with personal hygiene and daily care routines
- Support residents during meals and activities
- Help new residents adjust and feel welcome
- Foster a positive, team-oriented environment
- Provide compassionate, patient-centered care
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Completion of a CNA training program
- Active CNA certification
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Team spirit and a caring heart
- Experience in long-term care or home care (preferred)
- Willingness to learn and grow with us
