Purpose: Are you looking to start your career in Total Rewards and help employees make the most of their benefits? As a Total Rewards Analyst at Athene, you’ll support the day-to-day administration of our benefit programs and ensure accurate, compliant processing. You’ll play an important role in helping employees navigate their benefits while maintaining the integrity of our data and vendor relationships. Accountabilities: Daily Benefits Processing: Coordinate the administration of employee benefits, including new hire enrollments, life event changes, terminations of coverage, COBRA, 401(k) Retirement Plan, Employee Stock Purchase Program (ESPP), and Equity awards. Auditing: Perform regular data audits to ensure accuracy between internal systems and vendor files; research and resolve discrepancies promptly. Employee Support: Respond to employee questions about benefits and compensation programs, providing clear and accurate information to help them make informed decisions. Project Assistance: Support benefits and compensation-related projects such as open enrollment, system testing, process improvements, and communications. Qualifications and Experience: Experience: 1 years of work experience, relevant Human Resources experience is a plus. Knowledge: Basic understanding of health benefits and 401(k) retirement plans. Skills: Strong computer skills, including knowledge of Outlook, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Education: Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Drive.
