Mission
- Lead end-to-end success for our key customers
- Serve as a trusted advisor for enterprise customers and internal stakeholders on AI Search best practices and maximizing Athena
- Help customers reach success in driving business outcomes from AI Search by coordinating across multiple stakeholders
- Bridge customer requirements with product roadmap, providing valuable input and nuance to product roadmap
- Showcase value of Athena upsell features and drive revenue expansion upon customer success
- Build processes to scale up customer success across hundreds of customers
- Nurture 1-3 case studies/month
- Achieve 90% client satisfaction rate
- Can educate customers on GEO workflows and tailor to specific enterprise needs
- High agency (we love it if you’ve founded, created something in the past)
- Learn fast
- Naturally curious
- Ideally has SEO background or can learn SEO principles and GEO principles rapidly
- Nice to have: Prior customer success or account management experience
Salary : $110,000 - $160,000
