Senior Operations Program Manager

Responsibilities
Lead and manage cross-functional operational programs and strategic initiatives across multiple business units
Oversee project planning, execution timelines, resource coordination, and operational delivery
Drive process optimization and operational efficiency initiatives to improve scalability and performance
Partner with senior leadership to identify operational priorities and implement business solutions
Develop and maintain operational reporting, KPI tracking, and performance analysis
Collaborate with internal stakeholders across operations, technology, compliance, and business teams
Identify risks, dependencies, and process gaps while proactively implementing corrective actions
Support change management initiatives and continuous improvement efforts across the organization
Qualifications
5 years of experience in operations management, program management, or business operations roles
Proven experience managing complex cross-functional projects in fast-paced environments
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience interpreting operational metrics and business data
Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities
Experience with operational process improvement, workflow optimization, and program execution
Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining strong attention to detail
Proficiency with project management and reporting tools
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferred
Preferred Qualifications
Experience within healthcare technology, SaaS, or enterprise operations environments
Familiarity with operational strategy, compliance processes, and enterprise program management
Experience supporting large-scale organizational initiatives and transformation projects
