This is a full-time on-site role for a Proposal Manager based in Orlando, FL. The Proposal Manager will lead end-to-end Request for Proposal (RFP) processes for Medicaid-managed care contracts, coordinating with internal team members and subject matter experts. Responsibilities include analyzing RFP requirements, developing proposal content, maintaining compliance and quality standards, and managing timelines for proposal submissions. The role also involves supporting clients with strategic guidance and ensuring proposals align with client goals and organizational values.
- Experience in RFP management, with emphasis on coordinating proposal processes and content development
- Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills, along with the ability to create clear and compelling proposals
- Project management skills, including planning, organization, team coordination, and deadline management
- Knowledge of Medicaid programs and managed care, with experience in child welfare, IDD, or LTSS sectors considered a plus
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills, with a focus on collaboration and problem-solving
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Health Policy, or a related field is preferred
- Ability to work on-site in Orlando, FL, and adapt to fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
- Proficiency in proposal management tools and software is advantageous
