Job Summary
Support quality assurance, compliance, and governance activities across Microsoft 365 cloud environments for the IRS M365 PMO.
Key Responsibilities
• Perform quality assurance and compliance reviews across M365 environments
• Support governance, security, and data protection initiatives
• Analyze system performance and workflows
• Support documentation and reporting activities
Qualifications
Required
• Bachelor’s degree
• 5 years of relevant experience
• Strong analytical and communication skills
Desired
• Experience with Microsoft 365 environments
• Experience supporting federal programs
PHYSICAL AND ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS:
Normal Office Environment. Requires Sitting, Standing, Near Acuity, Speaking with colleagues and customers, Listening, Sight, Use of hands/fingers.
