We are currently seeking a motivated and outgoing Customer Service Representative to support Snohomish County, WA and surrounding cities, including Everett, Lynnwood, Marysville, Edmonds, Mukilteo, Arlington, and Monroe.
Position Overview:
As a field-based Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of Athena in your territory. Your primary focus will be representing our advanced wound care services to healthcare providers, facilities, and community partners. In partnership with leadership, you’ll help execute growth strategies, build long-term relationships, and make a meaningful impact in the communities we serve.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote Athena’s advanced wound care services to healthcare facilities, physicians, and community partners
- Build and maintain strong, trusting relationships within the territory
- Support local outreach and sales initiatives alongside leadership
- Educate clients and providers on Athena’s services and value
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions and territory activity

- Self-starter with a competitive, results-oriented mindset
- Strong interpersonal skills and natural relationship-building abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Highly organized with strong time management and prioritization
- Flexible, eager to learn, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Background in sales, customer service, hospitality, or healthcare is a plus (not required)
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required

Compensation:
$22–$25 per hour, based on experience.
