Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Cosmetic Nurse Practitioner to join our growing plastic surgery and medical aesthetics practice. The ideal candidate is a confident injector with a strong background in aesthetic treatments, wellness therapies, and laser technologies. This provider should be passionate about delivering natural, beautiful results while providing an exceptional, concierge-level patient experience.
Key Responsibilities:
· Perform advanced aesthetic injectable treatments including neurotoxins (Botox, Dysport, Daxxify) and dermal fillers with precision and artistry
· Conduct comprehensive patient consultations, develop customized treatment plans, and educate patients on procedures and expected outcomes
· Administer and oversee wellness services including IV therapy, peptide therapy, hormone optimization, and medical weight loss
· Perform and/or oversee laser and energy-based treatments (IPL, RF, skin resurfacing, hair removal, etc.)
· Maintain accurate and detailed medical documentation in EMR
· Ensure patient safety, comfort, and satisfaction throughout all treatments
· Stay current on industry trends, techniques, and products through ongoing education and training
· Collaborate with plastic surgeon and clinical team to ensure continuity of care
· Assist in developing and promoting practice services, including participation in marketing events, social media, and patient education initiatives
· Uphold the highest standards of professionalism, ethics, and confidentiality
Qualifications:
· Active Nurse Practitioner license in Florida
· Board certified (ARNP or ANCC)
· Minimum of [2 years preferred] experience in aesthetic medicine
· Demonstrated expertise in injectables with a strong portfolio or before/after results
· Experience with laser platforms and energy-based devices preferred
· Background in wellness services (IV therapy, peptides, hormones, weight loss)
· Strong sales, consultation, and patient conversion skills
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-oriented environment
