We are hiring per diem Speech Therapist to join our dynamic care team at Worcester Rehabilitation & Health Care Center!
Weekly pay up to $60 an hour.
As a Speech Therapist, you provide resident assessment, care planning, direct treatment and consultation to a general rehab caseload while participating in the clinical team process.

Education & Experience:
- Bachelor of Science or Master of Science Degree in Speech Therapy.
- SLP licensein Massachusetts required.
- Prior experience in long term care required.
- Screens residents and develops appropriate care plans.
- Provides direct resident treatments in accordance with an established plan of care including individual and group sessions.
- Contributes to the team meeting and decision-making process as defined by the program.
- Consults with and trains residents and caregivers.
- Monitors efficiencies on an ongoing basis in collaboration with supervisor.
- Documents activities according to the company’s clinical documentation system on a timely basis.
- Demonstrates consistent knowledge and application of Medicare and other reimbursement regulations.
- Communicates effectively with patients, residents, team members, customers and supervisor.
- Participates in clinical program development and implementation.
