Webster Manor Rehabilitation & Health Care Center is hiring a part-time porter to join our team!
Shift is 6p-10p Mon-Thur. Weekly pay at $17 an hour.
As a member of our housekeeping team, you perform the day-to-day activities of the Housekeeping Department to ensure that our facility is maintained in a clean, safe, and comfortable manner.
Education and Experience:

As a member of our housekeeping team, you perform the day-to-day activities of the Housekeeping Department to ensure that our facility is maintained in a clean, safe, and comfortable manner.
Education and Experience:
- No experience necessary, on-the-job training provided.
- A minimum of one (1) year experience in housekeeping in a nursing home or other related medical facility preferred, but not required.
- Ensure residents’ rooms are neat, clean and free from odor.
- Wet mops floors daily.
- Shampoo and extract carpets as per schedule.
- Buff floors.
- Attend to spills immediately.
- Empty trash liners and clean containers.
- Clean bed and rails with disinfectant.
- Clean all countertops, windowsills, bedside tables, furniture and over the bed.
- Strip, seal and refinish floors as per schedule.
- Clean floor edges and corners to prevent build-up.
- Clean windows and mirrors.
- Clean personal items, pictures, decorations, flowers, etc.
- Other duties assigned by managerial team.
