As an Occupational Therapist, you will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans that promote patient independence, strength, and overall well-being. You will also participate in clinical team meetings and decision-making processes to ensure seamless communication and effective care delivery.

Responsibilities:
- Screens patients/residents and evaluates their needs, developing appropriate care plans
- Provides direct patient treatment in accordance with established plans of care
- Participates in clinical team meetings and decision-making processes
- Consults with and trains patients, residents, and caregivers
- Documents activities and patient progress according to company clinical documentation system
- Demonstrates knowledge of Medicare and other reimbursement regulations
- Communicates effectively with patients, residents, team members, and customers
- Bachelor of Science or Master of Science Degree in Occupational Therapy
- CEU's per state licensure requirements
- Appropriate licensing requirements by individual states must be maintained

- Ability to function effectively in a multi-faceted system and interact effectively with all levels of staff and customers
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Standing and walking for significant amounts of time is necessary
- Ability to perform documentation needs, manipulations of equipment, and direct patient care
