Role Description
This is a part-time, on-site role based in Delray Beach, FL for a Front Desk & Sales Associate. The associate will be responsible for welcoming clients, managing class and appointment bookings, processing payments, promoting memberships and packages, and maintaining an organized, clean, and welcoming environment. Administrative tasks, assisting clients with questions, and contributing to the studio’s community-focused atmosphere will also be key aspects of this position.
Qualifications
- Strong customer service and communication skills to welcome clients and address inquiries effectively
- Sales and marketing skills to promote memberships, classes, and spa packages
- Organizational abilities and experience with scheduling or booking systems
- Experience or interest in yoga, wellness, or health-related fields is a plus
- Adaptability and a strong ability to work in a team-oriented environment
- Previous experience in a front desk, administration, or hospitality role is beneficial
- Proficiency with computer systems, including email, scheduling software, and point-of-sale tools
