We’re Hiring a Controller
Looking for a hands-on financial leader to own accounting, reporting, and financial operations for a growing manufacturing, multi company business.
What You’ll Do
- Lead month-end close & financial reporting (GAAP)
- Drive financial analysis & business insights
- Oversee payroll, AP/AR, cash management
- Manage audits, taxes, banking, and insurance
- Costing and Inventory
- Build strong internal controls
- Lead and develop accounting staff
What We’re Looking For
- 5 years accounting experience (manufacturing preferred)
- Strong GAAP Excel skills
- Leadership experience
- ERP experience (Fourth Shift a plus)
- Systems exposure: Payroll - ADP Workforce, QuickBooks, Sage Fixed Assets
