About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Technical Product Specialist to support the execution and optimization of our campaign initiatives. This role bridges the gap between product capabilities and campaign performance, ensuring seamless integration, troubleshooting, and enhancement of TikTok-related tools and technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the technical point of contact for campaign setup, execution, and optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, data, and client services) to ensure campaign requirements are technically feasible and properly implemented.
- Configure and maintain Social Media Ads Manager, pixel tracking, API integrations, and other campaign tools.
- Monitor campaign performance and troubleshoot technical issues related to ad delivery, tracking, and reporting.
- Provide training and documentation to internal teams on TikTok product features and best practices.
- Stay up to date with TikTok platform updates, ad formats, and technical capabilities.
- Support A/B testing and data validation efforts to improve campaign outcomes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in digital advertising, product operations, or technical support roles.
- Hands-on experience with Social Media Ads Manager, tracking pixels, and campaign analytics.
- Strong understanding of APIs, data flows, and ad tech platforms.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in a BPO or agency environment is a plus.
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with other social media ad platforms (Meta, Google, Snapchat).
- Basic knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, or SQL.
- Experience with campaign automation tools or CRM integrations.
