Job Description: As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Ateliere Creative Technologies, you will play a crucial role in driving our sales efforts by identifying and qualifying new business opportunities. You will be the first point of contact for potential clients, responsible for generating leads, building relationships, and setting up meetings for the sales team. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation & Qualification:
- Proactively reach out to potential clients via phone, email, and social media to generate leads.

- Sales Process Support:
- Work closely with Account Executives to schedule calls, meetings, and product demonstrations.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop targeted lists, call strategies, and messaging to create opportunities for new business.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of lead interactions and statuses in CRM systems.
- Market Research & Insights:
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify potential opportunities for lead generation.
- Provide feedback to the marketing and sales teams on lead quality and campaign effectiveness.
- Communication & Relationship Building:
- Effectively communicate Ateliere's value proposition to decision-makers and influencers.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential clients to foster trust and long-term partnerships.
- Represent and promote Ateliere with integrity and professionalism in all interactions.
Qualifications:
- Experience:
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in B2B sales or customer service, preferably in a technology or SaaS environment.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding measurable goals in previous roles.
- Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage and build rapport with prospects.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and sales enablement tools.
