ATEK Metal Technologies is currently seeking a reliable and hands-on Set Up Operator to join our dynamic team. In this essential role, you'll ensure tools and equipment are properly maintained, installed, and prepared to meet production demands. If you’re detail-oriented, safety-focused, and thrive in a collaborative environment, we want you on our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform a variety of setup tasks including:
- Breaking down packs
- Spraying and buffing tools
- Tool repair, installation, and removal
- Operating automated spray cells
- Handle and transport tools safely
- Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE.
- Collaborate across departments to foster trust and teamwork.
Qualifications:
- Ability to obtain fork truck certification
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Team-oriented mindset with good communication skills
- Ability to work in a physically demanding, fast-paced environment
