We’re looking for experienced Millwrights and Mechanical Foremen who know how to work, solve problems, and get equipment running. This is industrial, hands-on work—setting machinery, tearing it down, fixing it, and putting it back better than it was.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Setting and installing industrial machinery
- Diagnosing and repairing mechanical issues
- Performing industrial maintenance and equipment rebuilds
- Rigging and moving equipment (rigging experience is a big plus)
- Welding and fabrication as needed
- Leading crews (Foreman role) and getting jobs done right

What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience as a millwright or mechanical foreman
- Strong mechanical skills and problem-solving ability
- Welding experience preferred
- Ability to work safely and efficiently in an industrial environment
- Leadership experience for foreman roles
