Lean Manufacturing Engineer

Job Description:

• We are hiring temporary 5S Training Specialists to deliver frequent training sessions to large groups in a manufacturing setting.
• Responsibilities include facilitating classroom-setting training module (5S Overview Training) to 20 participants per session
• Manages multiple training schedules, materials, and participant records; coordinates with production to minimize disruption and ensure consistent follow-up. Able to build and deploy action plans
• Consistently arrives on time and starts sessions promptly to respect production schedules and maintain credibility with shop-floor teams
• Builds rapport with operators and supervisors, encourages questions, and provides patient, practical coaching to support adoption of 5S behaviors.
• Candidate has 3 years in manufacturing or continuous improvement roles with direct experience delivering large-group training events
