Job Description:
- This position is responsible for leading the functional design, configuration, testing, and implementation of the Workday Compensation and Workday Learning modules.
- The Workday Functional Lead serves as the primary subject matter expert, collaborating with HR, Compensation, Learning & Development, Payroll, Compliance, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable, compliant, and business-aligned solutions that enhance the employee experience and support organizational objectives.
Experience Requirements
- 5 years of experience supporting Workday HCM, including Compensation and/or Learning modules.
- Experience in two (2) or more end-to-end Workday implementations involving Compensation, Learning, or related Talent Management modules.
- Strong understanding of compensation administration processes, including merit planning, bonus programs, compensation eligibility, salary structures, and governance practices.
- Strong understanding of learning management processes, including compliance training, certification management, instructor-led training, self-paced learning, and curriculum management.
Salary : $35 - $38
