- Test Proctor and Test Site Point of Contact
- Greet and check in employees arriving for scheduled testing sessions.
- Verify employee identity and eligibility to take the assigned test.
- Assign tests through the learning management system and ensure proper access.
- Provide basic instructions to employees on test procedures and rules.
- Monitor the testing environment to ensure compliance with test guidelines.
- Enforce policies to prevent cheating or use of unauthorized materials.
- Troubleshoot minor technical issues related to test access or login.
- Maintain a quiet, orderly, and distraction free testing environment.
- Report any irregularities or misconduct to the appropriate supervisor.
- Exceptional organizational skills: and the ability to establish and work within a paperless environment. Strong computer skills are needed.
- Inputting data from paper documents into digital spreadsheets. Strong excel skills are needed
- Assist with special projects that require large amounts of data entry.
- Transfer data from hard copy to a digital database.
- Operate common office equipment, like scanners and printers.
- Organize and archive records and documents.
- Search for and investigate information contained in files.
- Processes requests for files and data.
- Provide data entry support across departments on an ad-hoc basis.
- Evaluate workflow and reallocate resources or redesign processes to meet office needs.
- Perform related duties and projects as assigned.
