O&M Activity Details
- Invoice auditing and other miscellaneous administrative and analysis activities for Contract Services projects – A mixture of capital and O&M projects.
Required/Preferred Qualifications:

- Provide advanced analytical support to the construction team, leveraging extensive experience in data collection, reporting, and performance tracking for complex projects.
- Take a lead role in the preparation and management of project budgets, including detailed cost estimation, tracking, and in-depth variance analysis. Independently collect, organize, and analyze data pertaining to project progress, expenses, and resource allocation, ensuring the highest standards of accuracy and completeness.
- Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams to gather, synthesize, and analyze data for construction reports and presentations, offering expert insights and recommendations.
- Generate comprehensive reports, visualizations, and dashboards to effectively communicate project status, key performance indicators (KPIs), and critical metrics.
- Play a pivotal role in coordinating project meetings, documenting discussions, action items, and follow-up tasks, and providing expert-level support for project management.
- Take the lead in evaluating vendor and contractor performance, providing strategic input for supplier management and procurement decisions, and contributing to supplier relationship management efforts.
- Stay at the forefront of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in construction analytics, leveraging expertise to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and expertise in data visualization tools.
- Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, results-oriented environment.
- Proven adaptability to new technologies and tools in the construction analytics field.
Desired qualifications
- Provide administrative support as assigned to support the Contract Services, Vegetation, Transmission Lines, Substation Construction teams.
- Handle invoice auditing and reconciliation for Contract Services programs.
- Coordinate with Contract Services contractors and inspectors as needed to ensure invoices have proper supporting documentation.
- Prepare monthly accruals for Contract Services programs.
- Participate in the review and analysis of project data and metrics, including production reports and status updates as needed.
- Track project expenses and assist in budget management.
- Assist in the organization of construction-related documentation.
- Support Management in contract administration tasks.
- Construction project management and/or construction administrative experience required.
- Intermediate (or greater) proficiency in Microsoft Excel required.
- CAMP experience a plus.
- JETS experience a plus.
- Distribution experience a plus.
- Substation experience a plus.
- Transmission experience a plus.
- Vegetation experience a plus.
- Utility experience a plus.
