Class 3 Building Service Mechanic License IS A MUST FOR CONSIDERATION.
Responsibilities:
Diagnose, repair, and perform scheduled Preventative Maintenance on boiler systems: hydronic, hot water heaters, steam HVAC systems and associated equipment Maintain boiler systems in accordance with provisions of the ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code.
Minimum Requirements:
Required Education, Experience, Certificates and Licenses: High School diploma or GED Minimum 4 years’ experience in boiler operation and complete hydronic and steam HVAC systems maintenance and repair Documented experience in construction, repair, and/or maintenance of commercial, residential, and/or industrial facilities’ boiler systems Oregon Boiler License
Salary : $45 - $50
