Duties: •Develop training materials, job aids, memos, and internal communications •Lead new hire orientation and onboarding activities for Payroll •Collaborate with Payroll team leads to document and communicate processes •Ensure accuracy and clarity in all written materials •Support process improvement and employee development initiativesSkills: High technical proficiency, including •Microsoft Office Suite (advanced) •WebEx and collaborative tools •Adobe Captivate, Articulate 360, PowerPoint and other content development software •Familiarity with brand guidelines and visual design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite)Qualifications:•Bachelor’s degree (preferred in Training, HR, Communications, Education, or Graphic Design) •3 years of relevant experience, including 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role (education, retail, hospitality, HR, healthcare, sales, marketing, customer service) •Background in PAYROLL is a plus but not required. •Strong communication, organization, and project management skills •High attention to detail and strong work ethic •Independent thinker with a passion for helping others growSchedule Notes: 9:00 AM-5:00 PMHours Per Day: 8.00Hours Per Week 35Department:CORPORATE PAYROLL OPERATIONATD Technology, LLC is a certified minority woman owned business that creates opportunities to match qualified job seekers with our client programs while meeting all parties’ financial needs and technical goals.
