What are the responsibilities and job description for the Construction Site Inspection Professional position at ATD Consultants?
Position Summary
ATD is seeking a part-time Site Inspection Professional to conduct construction loan due diligence services, primarily but not limited to the Jersey City and Hoboken areas.
The successful candidate will perform Construction Loan Monitoring site inspections and produce the associated reports under the oversight of ATD's Construction Project Manager, Mr. Michael Bortel.
Seeking part-time applicants, anticipating approximately 20-25 hours per week, to be performed weekdays between the hours of 9am and 5pm; potential for full-time employment with associated benefits will be considered at the conclusion of Q1 2026.
Job Requirements
- Conduct site reconnaissance
- Prepare deliverables with quality supporting documentation (on-site photographs, site figures, inspection notes, report production, etc.)
- Travel on short notice (up to 2-3 days a week)
- This position will be performed from a remote location or home office
- Job is location-based - territory would include primarily the Hoboken, Jersey City and surrounding NJ/NYC areas
Education and Experience
- Preferable: Associate's degree/trade school certification from accredited institution
- Required: MUST have a significant level of construction experience in the US, preferably 3 years of professional experience in construction project management
