ATC is seeking a Team Leader – Estimating to lead our Project Performance Estimating team. This leadership role ensures reliable cost estimates, supports capital projects, and champions process improvements that keep ATC at the forefront of the energy industry. Essential Responsibilities: What You’ll Do Lead & Develop: Manage the estimating team, including hiring, training, coaching, and workload oversight Ensure Accuracy: Maintain standard work breakdown structures, review calculations, and identify risks to deliver precise estimates Analyze & Innovate: Use historical cost data and business intelligence tools to identify trends, improve processes, and implement new estimating techniques Collaborate: Work closely with Project Performance, leadership, and stakeholders to share best practices and support risk management Stay Current: Monitor industry trends in materials, labor, and technology to keep ATC competitive Travel: Periodic travel to offices and project sites required What You’ll Bring Education: Bachelor’s degree (Construction Management, Project Management, Engineering, Business, or related field preferred) Experience: 7 years professional experience, including 5 years in project management, construction management, engineering, or project controls Familiarity with the electric utility industry Skills: Strong leadership and analytical abilities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office and industry scheduling tools (Primavera, MS Project) Knowledge of work breakdown structures and integration with utility accounting practices Why ATC?
