Summary of Responsibilities: Energize your future at ATC! We’re looking for a Team Leader-EMS to ensure consistent and reliable applications of SCADA and other control center applications. You’ll lead the EMS team to ensure safe, reliable, and economic system operation. Essential Responsibilities: You’ll use your bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science or equivalent experience in an EMS environment to provide oversight and stewardship of EMS projects and process design, engage operations staff in project planning and development and serve as their key point of contact for project-related issues. You’ll support the development of common EMS processes and practices, establish and report on metrics to demonstrate EMS performance, capabilities and execution of the team, and initiate changes in work processes as deemed necessary. In addition, you’ll be responsible for overseeing and leading EMS CIP compliance activities, performance of compliance assessments and documentation of compliance.
