Responsibilities
-Communicate with clients, understand their insurance requirements and providing tailored solutions.
-Process policies and handle claims efficiently and accurately.
-Asses risks associated with various businesses to determine appropriate coverage.
-Maintain accurate records of clients interactions policy details and claims.
-Provide ongoing support to clients, addressing inquiries , and resolving issues promptly.
Requirements
-Insurance experience is preferred.
-A Property and Casualty insurance license is preferred, but not required.
-Professional phone etiquette.
-Great Customer Service skills.
-Works well with other employees and is a team player with positive attitude.
-Strong communication skills, both oral and written
