About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced .NET Developer to help design and implement secure, scalable reporting systems integrating Power BI with cloud-based data sources.
You’ll collaborate with technical leads and architects to develop new features, build APIs, and ensure accessibility compliance across platforms.
💡 Key Responsibilities
- Develop backend services using .NET Core & C#
- Build modern web apps using ASP.NET MVC/Core and Angular (v14 )
- Design and implement RESTful APIs, microservices, and event-driven solutions
- Work with Azure SQL, Entity Framework/Dapper, and containerized deployments (Docker)
- Utilize Azure services including Functions, Queues, Storage, Container Registry, and Key Vault
- Apply WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility standards in all deliverables
- Collaborate using Azure DevOps / Git in an agile environment
🧠 Required Skills (8 years)
- .NET Core, C#, ASP.NET, ASP.NET MVC/Core
- SQL Server / Azure SQL, T-SQL
- REST APIs and microservices architecture
- Testing frameworks: XUnit/NUnit (bonus: Jasmine/Karma)
- ORM: Entity Framework, Dapper
- Frontend: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Angular (v14 )
- Cloud: Azure Functions, Queues, Storage, Container Registry, Key Vault
- Tools: Visual Studio 2022, VS Code, Azure DevOps / Git
🏗️ Additional Knowledge
- Responsive and mobile-first design
- Design Patterns & SOLID principles
- Accessibility: ADA, Section 508, WCAG 2.1 AA
- Experience applying ARIA best practices and accessibility testing
⭐ Preferred (2 years)
- AngularJS, Ruby on Rails, PostgreSQL
- Experience integrating accessibility testing into development
🕒 Work Schedule
- Up to 40 hrs/week
- Flexible start: 7:00–9:00 AM EST | Lunch: 12:00–1:00 PM EST | End: 3:30–6:30 PM EST
- Excludes state holidays and includes 80 hrs of unpaid annual leave
