Operations Analyst

We are seeking a self-driven, motivated individual to join our rapidly growing company! Pleasant Prairie Logistics LLC, a subsidiary of JHT Holdings Inc., manages and transports vehicles throughout the entire United States, Mexico and Canada. 

The Operations Analyst role is full-time opportunity and resides in our corporate office located in Pleasant Prairie, WI.  The primary responsibility of this role is to coordinate the distribution of new trucks to their final destination.  Requirements of this position include, but are not limited to:

• Analyze customer needs and resolve issues concerning transportation of trucks.
• Communicate transportation information to customers, team and management in a timely manner.
• Assist with load pairing at all terminal locations allowing for maximum efficiency in delivery and ensure all pairings are DOT compliant.
• Review internal and external reports for accuracy and work with the team to resolve any discrepancies.
• Assist with carrier assignments of loads at all terminal locations.
• Flexibility with schedule to travel to terminal locations
• Other projects as assigned

The candidate must be customer-focused and possess excellent problem solving skills, analytical skills, and communication (written, oral) skills.  The candidate will work in a team environment, but must be able to work independently.  The position requires travel to other locations within the United States and Mexico (10-20%).  

• A Bachelor’s Degree required.  
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications is a must.
